CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

Credit cards are required to be kept on file to schedule any services over 2 hours. We require 24 hour notice to adjust or cancel your appointment. If we do not recieve 24 hour notice and you cancel your appointment the day of your card will be charged 50%.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW
​
If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service(s). Unfortunately our stylists do not get paid if you do not show up and it is nearly impossible to call someone to take the appointment time that fast.

APPOINTMENT TIME

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time!

TIME- BASED PRICING & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

At Alchemy Hair, all service pricing is based on both the work being performed and the time reserved with your stylist. If a service requires more time than originally scheduled due to hair density, length, condition, or additional removal/prep, an added charge may apply.
We do our best to provide accurate estimates during consultations and ask that all clients arrive with their hair in the agreed-upon condition (e.g., clean, dry, extensions removed, etc.). If adjustments to the service or schedule are necessary during the appointment, your stylist will communicate this with you.
Your time and ours is valuable, and we appreciate your understanding that additional time = additional cost.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. Hair services are a creative, customized process, and results may vary based on your hair history, condition, and at-home maintenance.
We are committed to quality and open communication. If you are dissatisfied, we offer a one-time adjustment within 7 days of your appointment. All adjustments are made at the salon’s discretion, and a charge may apply to cover the cost of product.
Please understand: your final result depends not only on our professional recommendations and application, but also on how the hair is cared for after your appointment. We cannot guarantee results if our aftercare instructions are not followed.

NO CHILDREN
Children are welcome here ONLY if they are recieving a service. Our salon is focused on a "spa like" experience. We want your time here to be relaxing.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Please note that we don’t accept returns or exchanges on any products.
PRICING STRUCTURE
Our service prices depend on factors like hair length, thickness, the time needed, products used, and our tiered pricing system based on stylist demand. If you are uncertain about our pricing, please ask your stylist or book a consultation so we can evaluate your specific needs.
Need to cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge a cancellation fee.
